I recently starting taking DIM, per instruction from my acupuncturist, and just this past week I've noticed that I'm losing a lot of hair. It's coming out in clumps on the shower and when I brush. Has anyone had a similar experience? I'm not sure if the two things are related but I don't know why else my hair world start falling out.

DIM is supposed to help your body metabolize excess estrogen and I know changes in hormone levels can cause hair loss, so maybe that's it? if that is the cause I'm hoping that the estrogen elimination will only cause a temporary upset and that things will level out.

I don't want to go bald! 😰
