Yes, I eat a lot of tofu. I love it. I haven’t really read enough bad things about soy to give it up.

I eat soy in moderation. Practically all the processed foods we buy have some sort of soy product in them. So I also eat processed foods in moderation. If I’ve eaten a lot of processed food that week, then I won’t eat any tofu or anything like that. But if I’ve been eating clean all week, I might have some tofu or smart ground crumbles are my favorite… But Soy products do disrupt hormone balance, so moderation is the key.

I was eating soy EVERYDAY but I’ve read so many terrible things about it that I decided to cut it out. I try to avoid it as much as I can even though it’s pretty much everywhere. 
I’m also TTC and heard that it can negatively effect fertility in men and women. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I was told to limit soy products due to their phytoestrogens, which mimic estrogen and may effect baby developement.

I really enjoy scrambled tofu, and using it in stir frys. I limited it to no more than one meal a day, but don't worry about it beyond that. I also use soy milk, as I like the taste of it better than other plant milks, and I can frequently find it on sale.

No, soy makes me have horrible stomach issues, gas and diarrhea to the extreme
