I was 10dpo when i took a test and got a vvfl, and now I’m 12dpo with bad cramping and medium amount of bright pink bleeding. Feels just like my af but how?

Have you tested again? If it’s negative, could be a chemical pregnancy & it’s your period coming. Could just be spotting too & you’re still pregnant. Hard to say without knowing more details. Good luck!
