When did you take your belly button piercing out?

Im 22+3 now and have had ppl tell me i should take it out. Im not really all that big yet. I can still sleep on my stomach comfortably and the bar has lots of room still. These 2 friends that told me to take it out have never been pregnant, they actually just have know it all type attitudes. I dont know if they have a point or are just trying to one up me. When did you all take yours out if you had one?

At labor and delivery because they make you remove all jewelry. I have the flexible maternity bar in and it doesn’t bother me at all. I got it on eBay for real cheap

I am 27 weeks and still have mine in. I bought a flexible one so I can wear the whole time. When I was pregnant with my oldest I took it out and I hated the way it looked once it all healed. I got
It pierced for a second time when my daughter was a few months old and it hurt so badly. I didn’t want to do that all over again.

I had to take mine out around 28 weeks due to it migrating out of my skin (even with the flexible maternity ones) and then it got very infected after I took it out. But I figured I had it for 7 years so it was time.

I took mine out early on as it was uncomfortable. But you can get those maternity bars cheap on eBay so it doesn’t heal while your pregnant!

you don't have to remove your belly piercing at all if you get a flexible one because it will just move with your belly and it will also help keep the hole open so you can put your jewelry back in once you have the baby.
