Slight decrease in HCG

Wednesday I had an ultrasound that put me 6 weeks 3-5 days. heart rate of 121. With a small subchronic hemmorage measuring 0.6 x 1.1 cm.

Wednesdays HCG was 30,000

Thursdays HCG was 48,000

Today is Friday and I've been told my HCG is 47,000.

Am I miscarrying or about to? They want me to wait until Thursday for my ultrasound and dont want me to test my HCG anymore because its causing panic and worry.

I've been on google non stop since finding out. I know HCG levels do drop eventually, but I'm only 7 weeks today and heard that's not supposed to happen yet. I'm freaking right out and would love any advice :(
