Wtf! So mad opks

So angry. Always had long cycles 35-46 cds then I went KETO and my first cycle was 29 days and I ovulated on cd 16 or atleast had a + opk cd 16 and leading up to it they were dark.... now this cycle all of my opks have been blank. I go out and buy clear blue digital opk and it's low. The circle so no lh detected. Obv I am not ovulating. I've lost like 7 pounds this cycle prob so I guess you could say "rapid weight loss?" And I run so I mean is that the reason this is happening.! Maybe I'm just regulating and I'll ovulate later like i did prior to KETO? Maybe I'll get my + next few days but that prob wont help. Will my cycle be 29!l days now or longer. Fml. Fml. Over two years trying failed ivf. Fuuuuck 😩
