I'm 18 weeks today and yesterday two time I had a sharp quick pain through the middle of my stomach that went from the top of my pubic area and shot all the way up to my belly button. It happened twice, once in the afternoon and again in the evening and scared the crap out of me. Then lastnight while I was laying down I kept having these pinching pains that almost felt like little "shocks" or something alll over my stomach. And throughout today I've had a pinching feeling that feels like in my cervix. I talked to a nurse and asked about it but she was no help and acted like she didn't know what any of that is and said if I have pain over the weekend to go to the e.r and then she literally said bye and hung up while I was still talking. I also told her in my lower abdomen to the left side it was feeling like something balling up inside and got hard but didn't hurt at all and I asked her if that is the baby moving and she once again said she doesn't know what that is.
