What could this actually be? Please help x

So I have taken a pregnancy test yesterday and it came up a faint line but definitely was there. 
Can you girls please help me out what this could be? I never usually have discharge before periods etc so I don’t know? Could it be implantation still?????

You don’t get a positive hpt until the fertilized egg has been implanted for several days I believe. After implantation it takes several days until your HCG levels are high enough to be picked up on a hpt. Some women have bleeding though in early pregnancy.
