Not saying I don't believe in God cuz I do but why are so many innocent babies or lil kids getting hurt, rape  by there own parents ?

Answer

God gave humans free will. He’s not making the parents harm their kids. The parents make those choices for themselves. They sin and hurt others which is horrible and sad. But, God is with those children and He has a plan for them too if they choose to follow It. From the darkest times in our lives we can find the brightest lights if we choose too. God doesn’t control our lives, we do that. If we listen to Him then we can follow His path and do good. The horrible things that happen to kids are horrible and so sad, but God didn’t make someone hurt them. 
As for a child getting sick and dying, we don’t know why that happens. They get sick due to genetics, Infections, etc and that’s just science and how our world works. Hopefully the child can be saved with Medicine, but if they can’t and God calls them home then that child is leaving a world of suffering and gaining eternal light. We don’t know why they died beyond the medical reasons, which is hard to accept. But that’s faith. When we one day go to Heaven then we can gain our answers.

Because we are humans, we are flawed and we fall short every day. 
There are kids paying for generational curses also. 
God gave us free will. The devil is just as real as God. God gives you good things, nothing that brings pain, or intentional suffering comes from God. 
The devil will tempt some people to do terrible things and the suffering that comes from it is due to their personal choices- not because God takes delight in punishing anyone. 
The enemy comes to steal, kill & destroy. 
If it’s not a choice, it isn’t love- God will never force you to be good and perfect so you are allowed to make mistakes, repent and change your life as a testament of your love for God. 
He didn’t want mindless robots, He wants honest authentic relationships with us- that’s why we have millions of choices every day, every hour, every minute, every second. And every choice that you make can cause a butterfly effect that can change your life (kids included) for better or for worse. 
That’s just like saying if mom’s and dads are real why do people steal and kill and bully? Just because you raise a child to know better, doesn’t mean they will grow up and be 100% perfect. My mother raised me not to curse but when I’m mad, I can curse like a sailor lol it’s not my mothers or God’s fault- that’s all me.

Answer

I believe it is because of free will. God loves us, commands us what to do, and then let's us make the decision on what we want to do. God loves all of his children and his plan is for all of us to join him in heaven one day, and would like abusers and pedophiles and other immoral people to repent on their own free will rather than in his intervention.
