Pregnancy insomnia
I’m 32 weeks and 3 days pregnant. It’s 4:53 am where I am. I can’t sleep to save my life. I have been taking unisom to help. My doctor only wants me to take it every other day. How do I go about sleeping the days I don’t take it.
