i had an ectopic 2 years ago and had my right tube removed, im 5 weeks pregnant again havent had my early scan yet but ive been having stitch like pains in one side? on my left.. im guessing its because baby has implanted that side due to not having my right tube? has anyone experienced simular and everything turned out to be okay? i get the odd very mild cramp/ snags on my left side.. no spotting or anything! i did get my posistive a week before period was due which gives me more hope? i get the odd ache on my right but not more than left
