my boyfriend seems to think that baby showers are only for girls? The only ones I've ever been to are co-ed. Most of our friends aren't the same people, he has his friends, and I have mine, but almost all of them are couples. I don't want the girls of his guy friends (whom I'm not close with , but I do like them) to feel left out. And vice versa. He wants to have a "diaper party" with "the boys" which is cool, but I don't understand what the issue is with having them on the same day on the same place. We have 11 acres and woods and a pond to fish in. If it's that big of a deal to segregate a diaper party vs a baby shower, why even have one? why spend twice as much money and time and effort when you can just do both at once and all parts of all our couple friends can be involved?
