HELP Back contractions or ?????

I’m getting back pain and pressure back there... it comes and it goes...

My back labor was THE WORST!!! My contractions were never consistent - they didn’t get closer together or longer, they were all over the place but always 3-4 minutes apart. If they’re less than 5 minutes apart, I would consider it labor, don’t wait it out.

I had back labor. Sounds like it to me but best to call in or track it since it can be other things too.
