Lengthen luteal phase anyone?!

Does ANYONE know a safe and affective way to help lengthen my luteal phase besides progesterone cream and vitex ??? Mine is only 9 days 😒 I need something that’s not going to screw up my cycles bad like progesterone did...please anything suggestions?! And I want to hear from people who have actually tried it and worked not just something random that they’ve heard down the grapevine

I think it depends on the underlying cause for you. Your doctor is the only one that can do those tests and diagnose.  They can then tell you your options for TTC. Good luck! Sorry it's not simpler :/
