Shedding Fat
Hey girls!!! So I have some exciting news, I’m starting high school next month!
I want some tips on how to shed some inches off of my stomach and thighs. I’m still confident with my body and my weight (i believe i was 105-110) but I don’t have a flat stomach like I would want.
I never really lose or gain weight because of my diet but I need some help!
I obviously can’t go to a gym by myself because of my age but I recently became a pescatarian so is there anyone willing to help me have a better diet that would help me lose the extra fat?
