Why is it that dad’s (when you aren’t together) get to pick and choose their visitation?

In the last month the father has seen our soon 3x. We have a court agreement for him to see my son 3x a week. Most of the time he calls and cancels. Other times he doesn’t even bother.

He was supposed to pick him up today and guess what? Can’t get ahold of him.

I just messaged him and told him if he doesn’t reply or pick up our son in the next half hour, he loses visitation for today.

Tired of playing his games of when to choose to be a dad!!!!

These are the messages from today. This...I am so tired of this. I don’t call him names. He’s not been reliable and I’ve done everything I can to be nice to him CONTINUOUSLY.

He has not once said anything about going through “some shit” or that he was moving. I had no idea he has been moving and he refuses to even tell me where it is. So tomorrow at 8am, I’m filing paperwork and taking down a copy to his work (I can’t afford to spend $75 for an officer to give it to him).

Would love some thoughts and support through this. I hate fighting at all period but this is insane.
