I'm 18 & my sister-in-law wants me to be my nephew's Godmother just the church doesn't allow me to be without my first communión.. is it to late to get it? I find it embarrassing.

Are you talking about the Catholic Church? If so, then at least one of the godparents needs to be a confirmed Catholic (if you’re confirmed you have to have had your first communion). Some priests do want both godparents to be confirmed Catholics, but the Church does not require both, just one.
