Placenta at the front

Stacey • 27 with a 6 year old and a 2 year old with another on the way(my last) :)

I had my 20 week ultrasound on Friday and found out my placenta is at the front. This hasn’t happened in previous pregnancies so I was wondering if anything can go wrong or should it all still go fine? I’ve always had my bubs naturally.
