Endometriomas

Found out today that I have endometriomas on both of my ovaries 5.4cm and 4.4cm. Been trying to conceive for 7 months. Confused whether I should have them surgically removed as per doctors recommendations, do IVF prior removal due to possible risks of damaging ovarian cortex or take NAC and keep trying naturally.

I don’t have much symptoms, it’s not like I’m in pain or anything..all I want is a baby. And the fact that the chocolate cyst is on BOTH my ovaries very discouraging. Do t know what my chances are
