Paranoid or not?

So I’m definitely going to ask my midwife about this but, I’m a very active girl, I workout every morning, I’m out and about twice a week, I work at a protein shake shop, I’m always on the go. So recently I feel like baby isn’t moving as much as I think she should? Maybe I’ve read too much on what could be happening? I’m about 29 weeks, I know baby should be sleeping at like 15 hours a day in the womb but I feel like I’ve psyched myself out too much, even though my midwife and the ultrasound technician both said that baby’s doing great two weeks ago. 😅
