Yes they will ask you about the last time you had a period when you had sex etc. They base it off your period so you might get different answers depending on who all you see. My OB said Sep 1st WIC office said Aug 28.

It depends when your first appointment is. My doctor saw me at 6 weeks and didn’t have a due date for me but at 9 weeks he did.

You should. They typically have to enter something into the system based off your last period. However it may change with a dating ultrasound. They should schedule that your first appointment.

Depends if you have an ultrasound or not. Based on my LMP I would’ve been 10 weeks along at my first appointment. My doctor went ahead and did an ultrasound because they thought I was that far along and the baby measured to be at 7 weeks. So they set a due date based on how the baby measured.
