full after like 4 or 5 bites anyone??

I'm 6 weeks and omg I get full after 4 or 5 bites. but an hour last I'm hungry again.

Completely normal I would just save everything for a snack. The first trimester I lost 12 pounds because I was always full or not really hungry.

My husband has taken on the "eating for two" more than I have, because he usually ends up eating both mine and his meal because I take two bites and I'm all set 😂

Bloat is really bad in the first trimester for most people. That may contribute to the full feeling.

Yuppp that was me up until about now. From 5 weeks to 8 weeks 6 days I could not eat anything. I would literally be full after 3 boneless wings. I don’t know what it’s from but just power through! It has definitely subsided at 9 weeks.
