Maybe tmi but WHY DO I NEED TO SPIT SO OFTEN
I am not a spitter but holy cow. 17 weeks yesterday and I feel like I constantly have thick mucus in the back of my throat. So gross! does anyone else deal with this? Anything that helps? 🤢
