14 wk struggles.

I am 14wks pregnant with my first today and I am absolutely apathetic about everything. I don't want to go to work, I don't want to cook, I don't want to go out. I am just exhausted and I really cannot be bothered with anything lately. Has anyone else struggled with this through pregnancy?
