Could this be a miscarriage?

I have 2 stories: 1. Last October I had a miscarriage and I spotted and had cramping and such.2. In February I had bleeding and went to the doctors and they did an ultrasound, I had a subchrionic hemorrhage. However I am now 30 weeks along with my little angel!! :) Keep positive :))

I don’t have a story. I know bleeding can be normal in early pregnancy. Praying for you.
