Longer Sleep?

Question

What are your tips to get your bf baby sleeping through the night? AND how do YOU asleep through the night then without getting engorged? 
LO is 3 months and sleeps from about 8pm until 3pm. If I let her go any longer I have to wake up and pump, but then fear she will wake up and need milk as soon as I’ve pumped (she hates the bottle - but that’s another battle) 🤦‍♀️.

That’s really awesome that she sleeps that much! My son wakes up every two hours and he’s 9 months. I’d just pump one side that way your less engorged or just go through the night without pumping. You could be making an oversupply by pumping throughout the night which is why your engorged.

She sounds like a great little sleeper to me. My 23 month old doesn't even sleep through. If she does sleep through longer your supply will adjust to her needs. Don't stress if she sleeps longer. Also when my daughter slept through (rarely) I never woke up to pump. But I did feed her straight away in the morning
