8 week 2 days pregnant

All I can eat is dry toast and a little but of flat coke,been to the doctor they said there glad because it’s better than nothing,they didn’t take no blood but did me a urine sample everything seemed ok,currently been sick all day long,yellow ish sick too,anyone else like this please i cant eat anything else or drink anything else x
