Its not considered a period but you can have bleeding as long as a period. My best friend, myself and a few girls i know had regular 5-7 day bleeding for up to 5 months and was pregnant the whole time! So yes it can happen but they wont consider it a “period”

You cant have a period and be pregnant. Bleed, yes, but it's not period.
