Vitex and OPKs
Hi ladies,
This is my first month on Vitex as I have a short luteal phase and I’ve been on it for only a few days, but already noticing that my OPKs are coming out way darker earlier than normal. I’m on CD 8 and this is my test from this morning. I know every woman is different, but to me, this looks like just a couple days before O. This would be incredibly early for me as I usually O on CD 19 or 20. Anyone have similar experiences with Vitex?
