my husband and I got pregnant after just 2 months of not preventing pregnancy...we were super shocked, scared, and excited! We wanted to tell our parents asap. I wanted to make it some what special for his parents, as this will be their first grand baby. So I made this card for them

they just had birthdays...anyways, so we handed it to them, and they literally showed NO emotions. I thought new grandparents are usually happy???? I got a video of them but it won't let me upload. So a couple days after we announced, my husband got a call from his mom. She starts yelling at him that he shouldn't do this (mind you, he's 31, and I'm 26 and already an experienced mom). idt they want me to abort, which I would NEVER even consider in my life! so after all the yelling and tension, they went back to texting the next day where she proceeded to tell him that it's too soon for us....pretty sure that's up to us to decide. he ended up telling her that he won't have this baby brought into a hostile environment, and she apparently doesn't know what he's referring to....i SO fricken frustrated with this woman! she really just needs to accept that we are both adults and can have a baby if we want! any thoughts or similar experiences?
