so i had my daughter 3 years ago and i had lost a good bit of the weight but had to have emergancy surgery and couldnt work out for 6 weeks, gained everything back and then some, i finally worked up the motivation to work out and lose weight again but yall... i loise weight and then all i see is that excess skin! Anyone know some good tips to help tighten skin while working out?
