Cycle buddies? JULY 19TH AF STARTED
I have 35 day cycles af started July 19th and I usually ovulate around CD22. Here was last month's chart which I think was maybe anovulatory? (low temps bc I use Ava bracelet) the orange line is my resting heart rate
