Labor soon?

Ill be 28 weeks tomorrow . I went into L&D; yesterday because i had pain everything turned out all good But the doctor checked my cervix twice . She used the metal thing an then after that she goes “ just in case let me check with my fingers” so she went an did that . Will this make me go into labor earlier ? She also checked me for discharge and infections eveeything came back good she said nothing looked wrong at all . I have NO infection or any discharge that isnt normal . But right Now this just happened . Its clearish & Gooey . What can this mean ? Just normal stuff im sure for pregnancy but just wanted
