Bug/spider bite?

Does anyone know what kind of bug/spider bite this is? I got it a couple days ago and looked like what I thought was a mosquito bites, even looked like it too with the lil bumps from them. And it also itches like hell. Now it looks like this and only itches if I touch it.

Yes it is on my thigh near my vag.

An incase some says hickey no it is not.

Also not really sure where to post this either.

@marie it had mosquito like bumps first couple days than it turned to this weird looking rash thing that also itches.
