Hi ladies, bear with me for my long post. We're gearing up for our first and only <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. My husband is pretty against it and had only agreed to trying one time; thinks it's "unnatural" and gives me the baloney all my mom friends do that it will happen when it's meant to be. It's pretty frustrating and disheartening because we've been trying well over a year with no pregnancy and we're both in our early thirties and have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I ovulate consistently every month, but my endometrium is on the thin side, as the thickest it's ever been is about 8.5mm (thanks 10 years of birth control). My fertility provider always recommends pairing an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> with Clomid to increase our chances with multiple eggs released and I'm hesitant to do so because I'm worried about multiples, thinning my endometrium even more, and messing up my cycle if it's not successful. I guess my question is, has anyone here had success on a natural cycle <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>? I'm so tempted to try the Clomid because we are only going to do this once and I want the best odds possible, but everything else is telling me not do it. Any suggestions on how best to prepare for the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> to increase success aside from just trying not to stress about it? TIA.
