Tips for baby weight

I'm almost 34 weeks and after I have my son, I'm wanting to do as much as I can to get my body back. Before I got pregnant and met my boyfriend, I weighed 143. I have always been a little over weight and my previous relationship I was in the 160-170s. After he and I had broke up, I was working on myself and got down to the 140s, the lowest I've been since like 7th grade (I'll be 18 in 2 weeks). The last time I went to my Ob I weighed 169. Honestly, I don't necessarily hate my body, I'm growing a baby so I know I'm going to be stretching/gaining weight etc, but I can't waaaaaait to have my body back. I know I'm not going to drop back down to my pre pregnancy weight right away, but I'm looking for tips and advice on how to get the baby weight off. No rude comments please cause it ain't like that.
