pending diagnosis

I saw my doctor today about pelvic pain that I've had for quite awhile but has gotten more severe in the past week..I cant eat or drink normal amounts and the pain is almost constant amongst other things. Bloodwork should be back Thursday. I have 2 ultrasounds scheduled for Thursday also to see what's going on. Doctor is strongly leaning towards endometriosis which is what I was afraid of. After almost 2 years of unprotected sex, my fiance and I have not gotten pregnant, although we aren't necessarily actively trying. We both desperately want children. I'm scared, worried, and concerned about fertility. What kind of treatments have y'all done? Does anyone have success stories of conceiving naturally with endo? I need some peace of mind here.
