Has anyone had what they thought was their period but ended up being a rare case of “heavy” implantation bleeding ( light/medium bleeding) & had a successful BFP?

I’m 10dpo... yesterday I spotted brown discharge & it stopped... than today I woke up & it was red & I would said semi light/medium bleeding.. then it stopped...

I’m not due for my period for another 6 days & my period usually last 5-7 days & is very heavy!
