Period

Ok so I lost my other info in a different period tracking app. Idk how this happened but I had to start all over with eve. Idk if all of the info that I re-entered is fully correct. The app says my period will be here in about 6 days but I’m not sure if it’s correct. I’m kinda freaking out and it’s really weird because I never really freak out this much before my period comes. Last night I had a total mental breakdown just for looking at one pic.. it was literally just a picture Of a baby elephant. 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 But that does tell me that my periods coming cuz I’m getting super emotional. But ya I’m freaking out about it coming and I don’t know why. I really hope this isn’t just me. Any advice??
