Weird question
So I notice that there are time that I’m tensing up my muscles a lot in my vagina and it creates a little discomfort because I can’t relax them. Especially when I sleep
Stretching my legs (one bent, one straight) or doing relaxation techniques take time but help eventually.
Does anyone know why i do this? Would stress be effecting those muscles? Lol sorry. I’ve been super aware of this issue for a month now
