Need help please! 😕

I was 3 days late on my period and on Monday suddenly I went to the bathroom and I had like pinkish red discharged on my panty liner and a gelatin consistency thing with blood. I took it as if my period arrived. The next morning when I went to the bathroom my pad was clean, but when I wiped my self, something came out, like a piece of tissue, I don’t know if I had a miscarriage??? *Warning: Sorry for the gross picture, I just need to know if it was a miscarriage.
