3 day water fasting

So last week on July 17 2018 I decided to do this fast because I was going dress shopping for a wedding and I was not happy with anything I picked the shape of my body and the way my arms look NOTHING! Ok so 10 years ago (when I had my first child) I was drinking nothing but water and laxatives ( I was being mentally and physically abuse through my first relationship so put me into a deep depression) and For 2 weeks I lost 40 pounds ( didn’t realize it until I fainted in front of my grandparents almost gave them a heart attack) Long story short I realized after being pregnant for nine months could really put a toll on your digestive system so cleaning yourself out getting rid of all the toxins getting your digestive system in order helps a lot with dieting. So the first time last week when I was breaking my fast thing I want to the Chinese buffet and that hurt my stomach a lot so I’m restarting it this is day two and this time I’m going to do it differently the. first time I did it I started my weight at 163 and when I was done I was 154 now I started I am at 155 so let’s see where this goes.
