Pregnancy/ovulation test!

So I took an ovulation strip test and both lines were very pink so I assumed I was ovulating shortly as the test indicates but this morning I also did a pregnancy test this am and it had the two lines, I was wondering if you get positive ovulation test strip when you are pregnant also?
