So many sharp teeth!!

Ladies, I need some help. I’ve been Breastfeeding my daughter, despite many many problems, for a nearly a year (Aug 5). She got her two bottom teeth at 6mths, she bit lots, but it seemed to pass once she settled into them. Within the last few weeks three more have surfaced and OMG the pain. She bites off and on which isn’t fun, but more problematic is that she seems to be trying to clench/grind her teeth while nursing, especially at let down. What do I do? My poor nipples are so sore, I have tiny teeth marks after every nursing session, it’s awful. She’s so attached to nursing, still nurses to sleep sometimes, plus it seems like she’s been nursing a lot more lately (growth spurt? the teeth coming in?). I’d hate to wean her, but I’ve been feeling like I may have to once we hit that year mark for my own sanity.
