Recently engaged-open relationship goals.

I am recently engaged and absolutely adore my partner. Yet I begin to consider what seems to be an inevitable topic: cheating. I want to be proactive and have a conversation with my spouse about how we want to define our marriage. To make a long story short I have considered the idea of an open marriage. I don’t want infidelity to be the downfall of our relationship. I’m not saying that I expect him to cheat but I do think between now and death, his eyes will wonder. Mine as well. Also, I’m not saying we start our marriage openly, but at least discuss it as an alternative option later down the line versus separation or divorce. Can anyone relate?
