3rd miscarriage and defeated

I’m currently going through my 3rd loss and I just feel like giving up. I’m to the point where I’m considering getting my tubes tied. Anyone Dr run any type of test or procedures after multiple loss to determine why? I don’t have PCOS and I ovulate on my own. I have a son who’s 11 but every pregnancy after that has ended in mc.
