So I just got my copper IUD out after 5 years because I had developed such severe eczema on my hands that I was losing my mind. I decided to get fit for a diaphragm and I tried it out for the first time tonight with my loving boyfriend. I thought this would be the best option since I’ve tried every contraceptive on the market and hated each one. As we started our lovemaking I realized it felt horribly wrong and was more painful than the IUD. I’m sure it’s because I didn’t place it properly in my vagina. I’m on the verge of breakdown at this point because there’s is no other contraceptive I want to take....please help with ANY suggestions!
