Iud & late Q&A please

Okay ladies... I will just start off by saying I know the iud could stop periods.

I got it put in after my 3rd child which now he’s 18 months, and ever since I got it I’ve have regular periods for only about 3 to 4 days heavy ish the first day and then slowly fade.

Well my last period was June 15th and I haven’t seen it since completely went MIA on me.

Three days late I started getting horrible headache every day since and some abdomen pain, a little nausea but nothing much.. so I took a test and it looked like a faint positive but I’ve heard blue dyes run... took another and it was negative.

I’ll be call my doctor tomorrow..

Has anyone else experience this?
