What would you do if your husband cheated

I’m currently going through this and no one can seem to understand why I stay with him. My vows and my family are more important. I just can’t leave.

I wouldn’t be able to trust him ever again. I don’t want to be in a relationship with no trust. Even though I’m pregnant with our 3rd I would leave. My parents stayed together “for the kids” and it was a shitty childhood listening to them constantly fight. I would rather my sons know that some behavior is unacceptable in a relationship and if you need to leave then you leave.

There’s no getting even. Two wrongs don’t make a right, in my experience. All that will do is lead to more disfunction and hurt feelings. 
If you’re dedicated to your vows and family, find a way to make it work. It’s hard, one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. But i love my husband. I’m dedicated to our marriage. I’m not staying for my children at all. They’ll survive and flourish regardless. 
No one can tell you to stay or leave. It’s no ones business what you do or why you choose to do it aside from yours and your husbands.  Good luck mama! Praying for you.

I honestly hate the whole "work it out" thing. He should have tried to work it out with you if there was an issue instead of breaking his commitment. I don't believe he deserves to have things worked out at this point. I'd leave.

I would leave and I’ve told my husband that. He knew what I went through with my ex husband which was him constantly cheating on me and me forgiving him for it him crying saying he wants to make it work but then turns around and continues to cheat. It’s bad but now I feel like once that door has been opened to cheating it can’t be closed so if you choose that door just expect me to choose the door to leave you as well.

I think getting even is petty and immature. Either you work it out or you leave. For the sake of the family and marriage I'd probably give it a go around but if I can't seem to love past it, then I'd leave. But my initial thought would be to leave because cheating is where I draw the line.

I think it depends on the circumstances, length of the affair, if they’re still in contact, his level of remorse and commitment to fix things...
