Does this like like poison ivy?

I work in retail so I’m talking to customers, touching objects in the store others have touched, etc. I’m only saying that because the only reason I’ve gone outside in the past 3-4 days was to go straight to my car and to the house. It got worse over night and I have a few blisters on my feet too. (*yes these are blisters on my hands) I haven’t seen or touched any poison ivy so I’m really wondering if the guy at urgent care was right about it? He only looked for a brief second and said “yeah! That’s poison ivy” I asked if he was sure because I have no idea how I could’ve gotten it. Thanks for reading!

Ps sorry about my stubly leg (it’s been cold and rainy so I haven’t had an excuse to shave) 😂

Update: it has spread to my elbows so yeah this “doctor” had no idea what he was talking about. This is definitely not a poison ivy rash.
